Couples counselling is a unique form of therapy and requires special skills. For the last 20 years my focus and my passion has been counselling couples. I engage in ongoing professional development ensuring that I am always up to date on the latest theories and approaches for successful couples therapy. Infidelity and betrayal:
Couples face many challenges during the course of the relationship, one of the most impactful being infidelity and betrayal.
When trust is broken, especially as a result of infidelity (emotional and/or physical),the relationship damage is extensive.
During the initial period of discovery the couple is thrown into crisis as they find themselves re-examining their entire relationship history through a lens of mistrust and doubt.
