Couples Counselling

Couples counselling is a unique form of therapy and requires special skills. For the last 20 years my focus and my passion has been counselling couples. I engage in ongoing professional development ensuring that I am always up to date on the latest theories and approaches for successful couples therapy. I have a large tool box of skills and deliver tailor-made services so that my clients can transform their relationships.

Infidelity and betrayal:

Couples face many challenges during the course of the relationship, one of the most impactful being infidelity and betrayal.

When trust is broken, especially as a result of infidelity (emotional and/or physical),the relationship damage is extensive.

During the initial period of discovery the couple is thrown into crisis as they find themselves re-examining their entire relationship history through a lens of mistrust and doubt.

Getting professional help from an experienced counselor specializing in infidelity will help the couple navigate successfully through this painful process. I coach the couple on how to re-establish safety and trust and develop new skills which often result in a transformed relationship that is loving, healthy, and fulfilling.
